Freedom of the Town of Woodbridge to 23 Engineer Regiment (Air Assault)

23-ER(AA)23 Engineer Regiment will again be asserting their Freedom of Woodbridge, and intend to parade through the Town to mark their successful return from Afghanistan earlier in the year.

The parade will be on Friday 4th September 2009 starting at 11am.

The Regiment will march with fixed bayonets, accompanied by a Regimental Band.

March from Community Hall (Station Road), up Quay Street then Church Street to Market Hill.

Down New Street, turn left along St Johns Street, turn right and march along the Thoroughfare.

Left a Cross Corner to return down Quay Street.

Fall out at the car park adjacent to Community Hall.

 

The purpose of my letter is to invite you to line (and decorate with bunting,) this route to show your support to the Regiment.
