The Woodbridge Town Mayor, Les Binns, and Richard Smith, local long-distance runner, held a coffee morning at the Shire Hall in Woodbridge on Friday 3 April. Richard is using his entry in the 56 mile (89 kilometer) Comrades Marathon to raise money for the Help for Heroes charity.
