Woodbridge shopkeepers are not going to be dragged into the doom and gloom that so many press reports tell us about.

Barretts of Woodbridge have come up with a campaign taken from WWII when the slogan STAY CALM and CARRY ON was used to keep people thinking positively. Bright red posters are now on display in many shops in the town and this is after only 2 days of the campaign starting.
Mr Morley, owner of Barretts, said "It is all about confidence and attitude and in Woodbridge we know we can offer our customers the very best service and products. The media is all too keen to publish the bad news but there is a lot of good news too. People are carrying on living their lives and we are here to help them. "
Over a dozen businesses turned up for a photograph outside Barretts and were keen to promote the campaign as much a possible.
Marion Wells, Woodbridge Town Centre Co-ordinator said "This is a brilliant initiative and the shop keepers of Woodbridge are really positive about the future. They greet everyone with a big smile and will keep the 'Stay Calm and Carry On' attitude going in Woodbridge town centre."
